Is the Marquee Sports Network App available without Wi-Fi?

The Marquee Sports Network App can be accessed from any 3G, 4G, LTE or high-speed internet connection. Normal data rates apply. To limit the Marquee Sports Network App to Wi-Fi only, go to settings and toggle the switch for “Video over Wi-Fi Only” to on.
