How do I cancel my direct-to-consumer subscription?

You can cancel your DTC subscription any time. The method of cancelling depends on where you initially purchased the subscription. See below for how to cancel your subscription.

If you purchased your subscription by visiting WatchMarquee.com on your internet browser:

  1. Visit WatchMarquee.com and log-in to your account
  2. Click on your Account in the top right corner of the page
  3. Click on “My Profile”
  4. Click on the “Cancel” button located within your subscription information

If you purchased your subscription through the Marquee Sports Network App on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV):

  1. Open the iOS App Store
  2. Click on your profile image in the top right corner and click “Subscriptions”
  3. Click Marquee Sports Network and click “Cancel Subscription”

If you purchased your subscription through the Marquee Sports Network App on an Android device:

 

  1. On your Android device, go to subscriptions in Google Play.
  2. Select Marquee Sports Network
  3. Tap cancel subscription and follow instructions.

If you purchased your subscription through the Marquee Sports Network App on an Amazon Fire device:

  1. Open your Amazon account, go to “Your Memberships and Subscriptions”
  2. Select “Manage Subscription” next to Marquee Sports Network
  3. Select “End Subscription” and confirm

If you purchased your subscription through the Marquee Sports Network App on a Roku device:

  1. Open your Roku Account and go to “Subscriptions”
  2. Under active subscriptions, select Marquee Sports Network
  3. Select “Turn off auto-renew”
