I’m experiencing streaming issues

If you are streaming via WatchMarquee.com:

  • First, please clear your cached data, cookies and browsing history and try again. If you are still experiencing issues, restart your computer or phone. As problems may be caused by a slow internet connection or by the current download bandwidth of your internet connection, try a speed test and then check with your internet provider if the results are lower than expected.
  • If problems persist after all of the above, please reach out to Marquee Sports Network customer support with your device information and any screenshots (if possible) of the exact issues you are experiencing.

If you are streaming via Roku/Amazon Fire/Apple TV device:

  • First, please exit out of the App and re-enter. If you are still experiencing issues, please delete your App and re-download the App from the App Store to ensure you have the latest version of the App. As problems may be caused by a slow internet connection or by the current download bandwidth of your internet connection, try a speed test and then check with your internet provider if the results are lower than expected.
  • If problems persist after all of the above, please reach out to Marquee Sports Network customer support with your device information and any screenshots (if possible) of the exact issues you are experiencing.
