If you are receiving an error that you are out of country because client is neither in home country nor in content portability region, please first confirm you are actively inside the Cubs television territory. To do so, enter the zip code of your current location at MarqueeSportsNetwork.com/Providers.
A majority of issues involving an “out of country error” involve a customer using a VPN. Please confirm that your device is not currently a VPN. If you are connected to a work network or using a shared network (such as if you receive WiFi through an apartment building), please check with management office or IT department to see if there is a VPN connected.
